Sugar Kelp - also known as Kombu Royale, is a
delicate, mild flavoured sea vegetable which can be eaten raw, or
added to rice, soups and stews, or used to make Sushi.
Can be eaten straight from the pack.
Either
cook for 15 mins as a side dish, use to make soup, or flash fry
till crisp for a tasty snack.
Our Sweet Kombu is supplied dried in 40g
resealable packs.
